William is survived by his wife Macel Linzy Loomis; two sons, Terrell Loomis and Randy Linzy; four daughters, Debbie Chavarria, Theresa Tinner, Amanda Linzy Cook, and Kathey Linzy Saeler; two sisters, Jewel St. John and Reba Gates; eleven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
