Graveside services for Pauline Garrett, age 84, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 3:30 PM from High Pine Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Burroughs officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-3:00 PM on Sunday, January 11, 2015.

Mrs. Garrett passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Hospice LaGrange.

Survivors include: one daughter, Laraine Anglin of Roanoke; two grandchildren, Joey Anglin of Fortson, GA and Autumn Medlin of Opelika; two great-grandchildren, Madison Anglin and Jax Medlin; and one brother, Braxton Garrett of Wadley.

Pallbearers will be Chet Ramsey, Alan Ramsey, Talmage Garrett, Melvin Garrett, Dwayne Garrett, and James Garrett.

A lifelong Randolph County resident, Mrs. Garrett was born on October 8, 1930, the daughter of Johnnie and Herd Pool Garrett. She was a member of High Pine Baptist Church and was employed by Candlewick Yarns as a spinner. She was preceded in death by her parents.
