TRIVETTE WINSTON-SALEM Jack Schultz Trivette Dec. 5, 1923-Jan. 7, 2015 Mr. Jack Schultz Trivette died January 7, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born December 5, 1923 in Winston-Salem to Wanchese Franklin Trivette and Willa Talley Trivette. He graduated from R.J. Reynolds High School, Class of 1942 and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. After service he worked for Rawley-Apperson Typewriter Co. and later for Brenner Iron & Metal Company, from which he retired in 1986. Jack is survived by his wife Treva Nifong Trivette, whom he married on November 9, 1946; his four children: Patricia Trivette Malaspina and husband Richard Malaspina, of Charleston, SC; Jack Franklin Trivette and wife Janice Trivette; Wanchese Edward Trivette and wife Sandra Trivette; and Terry Nelson Trivette, all of Winston-Salem; four grandchildren: Amy Jajuga, Allison Marion, Justin Trivette, and Jennifer Bryan Chilton plus four great grandchildren: Sheridan Grace Jajuga and Charles Robert Jajuga and Braelyn Harper Marion and Eralyn Rae Marion. He is also survived by a nephew, Tod Franklin Stimson of Arlington, Texas and a niece, Holly Stimson Hutchins of Seneca, SC and their families. Jack was a lifelong member of Calvary Moravian Church where he was active on various committees and boards. He was a faithful usher for the Easter sunrise service at Old Salem. Jack was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of Forsyth Lodge 707. Jack was known for his love of family, ready smile, hearty laugh, and readiness to help, especially at Calvary Church. He never met a stranger and was frequently teased about being related to at least half the people he met. Funeral services will be conducted at Calvary Moravian Church, Sunday afternoon, January 11, 2015 at 3:00 p.m with the Rt. Rev. Lane Sapp and Rev. Dallas Prestwood officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Moravian Graveyard.
