72nd Va.MilitiaTHE REGISTER, Danville, Va., Fri., Feb. 2, 1906, p. 2, col. 2 [edited]. Mr. F. J. Reynolds died yesterday afternoon at his home on West Thomas Street after an illness of several months. The immediate cause of the death was consumption. The deceased was 57 years old and conducted a grocery store on North Main Street. Besides his wife, Mr. Reynolds is survived by the following children, all of whom are residents of this city: Misses Fannie, Lovelace, May, and Gracie and Messrs. Oscar and Luther. In addition several brothers and sisters residing in this city and in Pittsylvania County survive him. The funeral services will be conducted from the residence on West Thomas Street this afternoon. The body will be interred in Leemont Cemetery.
