Peggy Joyce Bussey, 85, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Graham. Graveside services will be held Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Pioneer Cemetery. Memorial services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Eastside Church of Christ officiated by Dorman Holub. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Peggy married Joe F. Bussey May 17, 1965 in Carlsbad, New Mexico and he preceded her in death July 9, 2004. Joe was employed in the oil industry and this took them to places all over the world. She made each of these places her home and participated in the local activities and customs.

Peggy was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ and a long standing member of the Graham Country Club and Ladies Golf Assn. She was ladies' club champion for many years. Longtime members will remember her well for her expertise and colorful language on the golf course.

Survivors include: sister, Rosemary McQuirk and husband, Bob of Jermyn. She is also survived by nephews, Robert, Steve, Obbie and Greg Loving, John and Michael Groves, and Michael Kimbrel. Also surviving are many great nephews and nieces, as well as many great-great nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by sister, Myrl Kimbrel and brother, Guy Groves, Jr.
