She was raised in Lexington, KY and relocated to Dayton to Lakeside Amusement Park where she was introduced to her husband, Isaac in 1944. She Graduated from Dunbar High School in Lexington, KY in 1946 and married Isaac in 1948 in Bracktown, KY.
Julia worked at the Dayton VA Center, Dayton Public Schools, and Miami Valley Hospital. Julia loved the Lord and gave her life to Christ at an early age and was faithful to the Lord giving outstanding service to church and community.
She joined First Baptist Church of Ridgewood Heights in 1948.
Julia is preceded in death by oldest son, Isaac L. Harden, Jr.
