Obituary of Barry Scott From Wyman Roberts Funeral Home January 8, 2015
Mr. Barry Scott, age 48, of Broaddus, Texas passed from this life Wednesday, January 7, 2015, in Lufkin, Texas, at Hospice in the Pines Inpatient Unit, Memorial Hospital. He was born May 17, 1966, in Galveston, Texas to Martha L. (Coffee) and Homer Scott.
Barry was of the Baptist faith. He was able to do several different occupations, but truck driver was his favorite and one that he was proud to do.
He is survived by his father, Homer Scott; brother, David Scott and wife Donna; sisters, Dena Williford, Becky Scott, Linda Parker and husband, David; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Scott; brothers, Tommy, Danny, Bobby and Jerry; and sister, Belinda Scott.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015, 2:00 p.m., Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel, San Augustine. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, San Augustine County, Texas.
