Mark Patrick Norris, age 67, of Monroe, died on January 8, 2015. He was born in Villa Rica, GA on June 15, 1947. He was preceded in death by his mother, the late Elsie Mae Garmon. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Norris of Monroe; daughters, Shannon Norris of Birmingham, AL, Kasey Haire of Monroe; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Brandy Norris of Birmingham, AL, Matthew and Maranda Norris of Lexington, SC, David Pace, Jr. of Rutledge, Daniel Pace of Rutledge; father, Dorsey Garmon of Hiram; sister, Pam Crowe of Hiram; brothers, Jimmy Garmon of Dallas, Roger Garmon of Hiram; grandchildren, Dylan Norris, David Norris, and Haley Norris. A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11, 2015 in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Rev. David Pace, Sr. officiating. Interment was at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
