Married to Margaret Mary (Wallace) Adams, July 14,1951 in Alton, IL. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving as a medic in the Phillipines & was awarded a silver & two bronze stars. He is survived by five children: Joy(Don) Cain,Nancy Rossmann,Mark(Tammy) Adams,Shirley(Scott) Lorenz and Debbie(Eugene) Perry; five grandchildren,Paula Rossmann, Mark Adams Jr., Maggie Adams and Darcy & Jared Perry,and three great-grandchildren; Katy Rossmann, Joel Collins & Lyra Kerrigan. He is also survived by nieces & nephews and his beloved dog Spike. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret, his parents William Frederick Adams & Isabelle(McFetridge)Adams and siblings Evelyn,Bill,Kenny & Jim Adams, and Johnny Brandenburger.
