Cynthia Lucille “Cindy” Dallas, 57, of Lake Charles died on Saturday, January 3, 2015 in a local hospital.

Cindy was born on December 21, 1957 in Venezuela. She moved to Lake Charles in the seventh grade and was a graduate of Barbe High School and also attended McNeese State University.

She was an artist at heart who loved to draw. Cindy also enjoyed listening to music and she adored her grand babies.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Gene McComb of Lake Charles; two daughters, Devin McComb of Lake Charles and Sikica Crosby of Houston, TX; four step daughters, Gina McComb Vollmer, Tina McComb, and Casey McComb Leger all of Lake Charles, and Megan McComb of Hecker; two grandchildren, Aiyana and Aaliyah Hebert; a granddaughter on the way, Addisyn McComb; and five step grandchildren, Bryanna and Carlyn McComb, Colston Blanchard, and Brycen and Brantley Leger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walton and Lucille Crosby.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Dale Nazworth will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
