An Adm. Account dated July 8, 1843, shows that the estate received rent from Michael Ness Sr., on several occasions: June 1, 1831 $5.00 cash for balance of rent due on old Seys Place; Mar. 30,1832 $19.00 for rent for the lands of old Seys Place; Apr., 1836 $36.00 for two years rent for lands leased him at old Seys Place.
