Susan Elizabeth Brown Bowling, age 54 of Carrollton, Georgia died Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
Susan was born on August 2, 1960, the daughter of Roberta Ruth Lee Brown and the late Kenneth Michael Brown. She worked as a care giver and was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Nicole Martin Whitaker of Carrollton, Kimberly Martin Rivers and Josh Rivers of Temple; mother, Roberta Brown of Carrollton; fiancé, Barry Lewis of Carrollton; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Julie Brown of Carrollton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Lemuel Jones of Carrollton, Sharon and Phillip Benefield of Carrollton and granddaughter, Haven Lee Whitaker.
The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Saturday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Funeral service will be Sunday, January 11 at 4 p.m. at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Minister Mike Wall officiating.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Benefield, Tyler Benefield, Scott Jones, Todd Jones, Keith Henson and Josh Rivers.
Interment will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan Bowling Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 163, Carrollton, Georgia 30112, to help with funeral expenses.
Almon Funeral Home of Carrollton has charge of arrangements.
