Carrie Della Chamberlain, 74, was the daughter of Lorenzo W. and Emily (Whitcomb) Scales. She married first, Pearl John Dow July 3, 1899 in Washington, Vermont. He died December 9, 1916. She married Edward Chamberlain November 29, 1923. Her children Glen and Ila were living with them on Central St. in Windsor in 1930.
