Connie Lou (Engel) Schramm passed away December 31, 2014 at her home in Winner, SD.
She was born January 28, 1940 at Hamill, SD, her parents were Harry and Iska Mae (Audiss) Engel. She was united in marriage to Robert L Schramm on December 28, 1954. To this union five children were born, Deonne , Bradley Cathy, David and Jerry.
Connie worked alongside her husband either working for the Co-op he managed or operating the Capri Motel in O’Neill, NE.
In 2000 she moved back to Winner to manage the Buffalo Trail Motel. She was a member of the Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Jacque (Engel) Novotny and grandson Austin Babutzke. She is survived by her five children, 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one sister Marlene (Engel) Ryberg and sister-in-law Lea Ann Schramm, Yankton, SD.
