Lois attended and volunteered at the Tenth Street United Methodist Church for 76 years, until the church closed in 2014. Currently, she was a member of First United Methodist Church. Lois volunteered for the Barber National Institute for many years. She enjoyed flower arranging, playing bingo, and watching Special Olympic Events with her family and friends. She also loved the family dog, Lucky.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Floyd Stewart, who passed away in 2012; two brothers, Russell and Samuel Snyder; and one sister, Shirley Griffin.
Lois is survived by four daughters, Jayne Cutter (David), Louise Stewart, Roberta Snyder (Edward), Michele Stewart; one sister, Roberta Heinrich; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
