She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 45 years Shelby Skinner, her daughter Chotsie Skinner Bickerstaff and husband Danny Bickerstaff, Jr. each of Sam Rayburn, Texas, her granddaughter Ruthie Davis of Kinder, Louisiana, one sister, aunts, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and other that knew her as "momma, sister, and maw maw".
Those that preceded her in death are her parents Annie and Afray Viator, her brother, Dale (28223985) and his wife Bonnie (140950619) and her in-law parents George and Mary Skinner all of Vinton, Louisiana and one grandbaby of Sam Rayburn, Texas.
On earth, she accomplished many things: District Manager of Modern Woodmen of America and top sales agent on numerous occasions, she held a Series 6 License, was a licensed Reflexologist and Professor of Reflexology, an avid gardener, manager of a green house and a worship leader, among many other accomplishments.
Jackie was kind, considerate and had such a sweet Spirit about her that people automatically considered her as family. When you left Jackie, you felt refreshed and renewed because of her encouragement, honesty and the word of God that she poured into you. She faced the world with a dazzling smile that lit up any room she walked into. Her favorite scripture says it all: The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26.
