Carmen Patricia St. Cyr Carter, 55, of El Paso, TX passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014. She was born on December 17, 1959 in Panama but lived in El Paso for most of her life. Carmen attended Andress High School where she was active in many sports. She enjoyed dancing, laughing and having fun. She loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband George Carter; four daughters: Tamika, Nikki, Tania and Tahj; three grandchildren: Joseph Jr., Antonio and Christian; her parents Roger and Ann St. Cyr; six brothers: Roger Jr., Mike, Pat, Gerald, Terrell, and Jeff; and four sisters: Bunnie, Gwen, Nettie, and Stephanie. Visitation will be from 5:00PM to 9:00PM with a Rosary at 7:00PM on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Service will begin at 10:00AM on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Graveside Service will follow at 11:00AM to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
