Peggy was born on January 16, 1952 in Manitowoc, daughter of Laraine (Husar) Belongia and the late Everett Belongia. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish.
Survivors include her mother: Laraine Belongia, Manitowoc; one sister and brother-in-law: Bonnie (Edward) Herrmann, Batavia, IL; one brother and sister-in-law: James (Kerry) Belongia, Manitowoc; four nephews and nieces: Jason (Maria) Herrmann, Abbie (Michael) Fisher; Erich Belongia and his fiancé: Lisa Beaudorn; Bradley (Amanda) Belongia; 5 great nieces; 3 great nephews; her godmother: Nancy Senglaub, Manitowoc, other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by her father: Everett Belongia; one infant niece: Nancy Herrmann; one infant nephew: Thomas Herrmann; aunts and uncles.
