Visitation for Iva Mae (Rawdon) Smedley of Bellingham will be from noon to 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Greenacres Funeral Home in Ferndale. A funeral service will follow visitation on Tuesday, with the Rev. Al Currier officiating. Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park in Ferndale.
Mrs. Smedley died Friday, Nov. 3, 2000, in Bellingham. She was 92.
Born July 10, 1908, to Charles and Lillie (Burrows) Rawdon in Bemidji, Minn., she lived in West Virginia before moving to Whatcom County more than 50 years ago.
She enjoyed dancing, walking, sight-seeing, gardening and fishing.
Her daughter Lenna "Pete" Bringman died in 1998.
Survivors include daughter Linda Lamm of Bellingham, six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
