Leslie Milt "L.M." Blythe age 80 of Burkesville, KY (a resident of Cumberland Valley Manor) formerly of Marrowbone, KY passed away on Sunday, January 04, 2015 at the nursing home. L.M. was born on March 26, 1934 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late Frank Homer Blythe and Stella Smith Blythe. He was a member of Marrowbone Baptist Church and a former construction worker and farmer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Juanita Anderson Blythe, and one son, Gary Blythe.

Survivors Include:
One Daughter- Patricia Ann Rogers and her husband Bryan of Cookeville, TN
One Son- Michael Blythe of Jeffersonville, IN
One Brother- Bruce Blythe of Marrowbone, KY
Special Niece- Janie Carter of Marrowbone, KY
Two Grandchildren- Matthew Blythe and Lauren Blythe
One Special Grandchild- April Anderson of Burkesville, KY
2 Great Grandchildren, 1 Step Grandchild, 3 Step Great Grandchildren also survive
