Funeral services for Mr. Howard Earl Gardner, age 76 of Manchester will be conducted at 11:00am, Saturday, January 10 at the Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny McGriff, Chris Anderson and Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Chestnut Grove (Jernigan Hill) Cemetery officiated by Bro. Mike Bynum. Mr. Gardner passed this life Saturday, January 3 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

Mr. Gardner was born in Allegheny, Pennsylvania the son of the late Howard Greno Gardner and Helen Marie Pfister Gardner. He was a professional painter and sandblaster and was a member of the Painters Local 456. Howard was also a member of the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church.

Mr. Gardner is survived by:
His loving wife, Martha Ann Wiser Gardner of Manchester
Children, Darren Earl Gardner, David Wayne Gardner, Christine Ann Stevens and Howard Earl Gardner, Jr
Two brothers, James Charles Gardner and Gary Robert Gardner
Two Sisters, Carol Marie Franz and Nancy Jane Hilinski
Several grandchildren
