Tommy Gene Melton, a life-long resident of Olathe, KS, passed away December 31, 2014 at his home in Olathe, KS. Tom was proud of his children and grandchildren, and he will be missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty.

Survivors include his son Matt and his wife, Amy, daughter Jennifer, loving companion, Cheryl Barnett and six glorious grandchildren, Ethan, Kylie, and Hayden, Jackson, Ashton and Harrison.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob, Olathe, KS. Memorials are suggested to Crossroads Hospice.
