Mrs. Ramona Jo White Bowers, age 63 of Germanton passed away December 31, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Bowers was born in Forsyth County, September 8, 1951 to Paul Henry and Margie Rae Tuttle White. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Bowers was a very dedicated caregiver and was loved by everyone she cared for. She will be truly missed by her loving family. Mrs. Bowers was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Bowers is survived by her husband of 45 years of marriage, David Bowers of the home. Four daughters; Sharon Bowers of Rural Hall, Robin (Jim) Vaughn, Amy Bowers and Kelly (Brandon) Yates all of King. Eight grandchildren; Chad, AJ, Kayla, Jesi, Jamie, Jaden, Connor and Shane. Two sisters; Barbara McGuire and Patsy Brannock. One brother, Chris (Janet) White. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Bowers will be held Monday, January 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Rural Hall by Pastor Don Sherrod. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller in Rural Hall Sunday evening, January 4th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be made at Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
