William L. Leitzel, Funeral services for William L. Leitzel, 73, of 12 Gettysburg Pike, Upper Allen Township, will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, 15 State Road, Mechanicsburg.
He died Sunday, June 28, 1998 at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
Born Nov. 6, 1924 in Tower City, he was the son of the late Harvey and Linnie Ferree Leitzel.
Retired from Cresline Plastic Pipe, he was a member of Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 109, both of Mechanicsburg, and Amateur Ham Radio Operations, Harrisburg.
Mr. Leitzel is survived by his wife, Jean E. Culbert Leitzel; a son, William R. of Dillsburg; and two grandsons.
The Rev. Steven D. Dorsett will officiate at services. Burial will be in Trindle Spring Cemetery, Silver Spring Township.
Arrangements are being handled by Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg.
