Connie S. Hayes, 54, of Fostoria, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at ProMedica Fremont Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1960, in Chicago, to Bruce Hall and Louise (Watson) Hall-Feehan. She married John E. Hayes Feb. 18, 2007, in Fostoria, and he survives. Also surviving are two sons, Eric (Lindsey) Scholidon of McComb and Doug Scholidon of Fostoria; two daughters, Jessica (Keith) Tiell of Van Buren and Ryann Hayes of Fostoria; many grandchildren; a sister, Kathy Walker of Hammond, Indiana; two brothers, Larry and Craig Watson, both of South Carolina; her stepfather, Bernie Feehan of Fostoria; and six stepsiblings, Barbara Untalan of Fostoria, Michael (Jan) Feehan of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Janet Deaton of Carey, Mary Jo (Joe) Simmons of Monroe, North Carolina, Patrick (Robin) Feehan of Van Buren and Debra (Bert) Meyers of Findlay. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at Hoening Funeral Home, 242 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria. There will be a private time of reflection Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Ronald McDonald House.
