A resident of Garden City since 1947, Ruth was a Co-Owner of the Carpet Gallery in Garden City, Kansas.She was a member and past president of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary of Garden City, Kansas.On April 5, 1942 she married Clarence H. Wells in Dodge City, Kansas. He died November 15, 1990 in Garden City, Kansas.
Survivors Include: Five Sons, One Daughter, One Sister, An Aunt, A Brother-In-Law, A Sister-In-Law , Thirteen Grandchildren, Twenty-Five Great-Grandchildren and Seven Great-Great-Grandchildren.She was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond & Ralph Lamoree, two sisters, Rosella Quint & Dortha Robinson and three other infant siblings.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Monday, January 5, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Garden City, Kansas.Friends may call from 3:00pm-8:00pm on Sunday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.Interment will be held in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the High Plains Retirement Village Alzheimers Unit in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
