Maggie Jane Cross, 81, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 in El Reno, OK

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 3, 2015, at the Gospel Beams Church in Duncan, with Rev. Ray Ledbetter officiating. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, OK.

Maggie was born Friday, December 29, 1933 in Garvin County, OK, to William Henry and Maggie (McCall) Johnson. Maggie was very active in her church and spent many hours serving there. She loved to collect glass chickens. She was a very compassionate and giving woman and was always willing to do anything for anyone and she loved being with her children.

Survivors include, son, William Hayes and wife Patty of Elk City, OK, 2 daughters, Sharon Gray and husband Kenneth of Carnation, WA and Nancy Pierce and husband Dennis of El Reno, OK; 3 brothers, Arnold Johnson and wife Wynema of Ratliff City, OK, Tom Johnson and wife Zora of Duncan, OK, Gary Johnson and wife Yvonne of Foster, OK; 3 sisters, Virginia Newman and husband Wayne of Marlow, OK, Glenna Condit and husband Jimmy Ray of Lindsay, OK and Ann Nooner of Ratliff City, OK

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Linda Jayne Hayes, her brother, A.J. Johnson, and her sister, Sylvia Cole.
