Canajoharie, Aug. 27.—Roscoe Chancey who died at the county house, was 52 years of age and for several years lived at Braman Corners. The deceased is survived by a son Paul, of Oneonta; and a daughter, Caroline Chauncey, of Omaha. Neb., And a brother-in-law Merritt S. Squires of Binghamton. His family had lost track of him, but Mr. Squires, upon being Informed of his brother-ln-Law's death gave orders for a First-class burial at-his expense. Mr. Squires Is understood to be A well-to-do citizen of Binghamton and is expected here to take charge of the body.
