Ethel Morgan Westbrook, 61 of the Ashland Community of Franklin County, Georgia, was the daughter of the late Raymond "RC" Morgan and Ethel Evans Morgan. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Terry Morgan and Alfred Morgan and a sister, Florine Morgan Black.

She had been employed by Gem Southeast and Wayne Poultry Company. She was a member of the Nails Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Brantley Westbrook. two daughters and sons-in-law, Janet and Ricky Collins, Lisa and Sam Lee, of the Ashland Community, two grandsons, Ryan Westbrook and Joey Collins. One brother, Randall Morgan of Winder, Georgia.

Services will be Friday January 2, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from the Nails Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Duane Eller officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The body is at the funeral home where the family will receive friends Thursday January 1, 2015 from 5 to 8 P.M.
