Son of the late Seaborn and Daisy Willimon Alexander; husband of Frances Anthony Alexander, to whom he was married for 63 years.

Member of First Baptist Church, Pickens and was retired from Singer Manufacturing.

Survived by his wife; a daughter and son-in- law; three grandchildren and six great-grand children; three sisters.

Predeceased by sons, Allen Alexander and Ben Ray Alexander; brothers, Edward Alexander and Morris Alexander; and sister, Mildred Alexander Cash.

Funeral services: Wednesday, December 3, 2008, in the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel.
