Vonda Lee Watson, 85, of West Columbia, died Sunday, December 28, 2014. Born January 23, 1929, in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Sharrer and Margaret Edwards Sharrer. A nurse for over 50 years, Vonda retired from the Presbyterian Homes of SC. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ, of Latter-day Saints, West Columbia First Ward.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Masnikoff of Light House Point, FL; her son, Paul (Darlene) Watson of Lexington; grandchildren, Lyle, Suzanne, Darla, Pauline, Tammy, Lloyd, Karen, Duane, Patty, Keith and Rhonda; brothers, Marcus Sharrer of Punta Gorda, FL and Juan Sharrer of Reseda, CA. In addition to her parents, Vonda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dayton Rex Watson; daughter, Susie Branham; and sister, Yvonne Branham.
A graveside service for Mrs. Watson will be held 1 o’clock, Tuesday, December 30th, at Centerville Cemetery, with Bishop Rocco Del Priore presiding
