Rebecca McConnell Fields, 41, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014, after a brief illness at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. Ms. Fields was born on May 22, 1973 in Kingsport, Tennessee the daughter of James H. McConnell and Dana Lane McConnell. She was of the Baptist Faith. Ms. Fields was preceded in death by her father, James H. McConnell; maternal grandparents, Burin Lane and Raymond and Opal McConnell.
Survivors include her mother, Dana Lane McConnell; one brother, Matt McConnell and wife Lindsay; grandmother, Reba Lane; aunts, Regina Stone, Debbie Duncan, Linda Starnes, Karen Parsons; special uncle, Junior Lane; special friends, Ron and Brenda Martin; special friend and companion, Johnny Sell; her dogs, Duncan and Dugan; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many numerous friends who will always love and miss her beautiful smile.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home.

Music will be provided by Pine Grove Harmony. Graveside Service will be held Thursday, January 1, 2015 at 1:00pm in the Garden of Prayer of East Lawn Memorial Park.
