Mrs. Hannah E. Frandsen Jorgensen, 59, died Friday at her home of a cerebral hemorrhage.
Born in Mt. Pleasant May 15, 1884, a daughter of Joseph and Elzina Madsen Frandsen. Mrs. Jorgensen lived there until 1927. She was married to I. E. Jorgensen May 15, 1901 at Mt. Pleasant and they lived in Price and Greenriver before coming to Salt lake City in 1938.
Mrs. Jorgensen was a charter member of Ivy chapter, No. 10, Order of the Eastern Star, at Mt. Pleasant, and had served as worthy matron of that chapter in 1922. She also was a member of Bethanny chapter No. 9 at Greenriver.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Elzina Jordan, Mt. Pleasant; her husband, I. E. Jorgensen, Salt Lake City; two sons, Theron L. Jorgensen, Salt Lake City, and Jan V. Jorgensen, Greenriver; a daughter, Mrs. Stewart Willson, Greenriver; two brothers, James F. Jordan, Logan, and Master Sergeant Peter N. Jordan, with the U. S. Army; a sister, Mrs. Vera Beck, Mt. Pleasant and five grandchildren.
