Chad passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Baton Rouge General Mid-City at the age of 41. He was a Computer Technician with Cyrus Software; a resident and native of Brusly, La. Visiting will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brusly on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 11am until Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Heather Hussein Griffin; parents, Walter and Sydney Belle LeJeune Griffin; sisters, Gayle LeBlanc and husband Tim and Rhonda Griffin; brothers, Walter Griffin, Jr. and wife Sherry, John Griffin and Sidney Griffin and wife Renee; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sidney and Theresa LeJeune; paternal grandparents, Posey and Donis Griffin; and sister in law, Shemayne Griffin. He was a 1992 graduate of Brusly High School and a 2010 graduate of ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Science. Chad was a talented musician, vocalist and a member of several bands in the Baton Rouge area. He will always be remembered for his hearty laugh and kind spirit.
