Virginia Walker, 72 of Advance, died April 23, 2006, at Advance Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 15, 1933, at Bell City, MO, daughter of John and Mollie Schrock Wallace.
She and James "Norman" Walker were married May 19, 1957, at Morley, MO.
Mrs. Walker had worked at Horizon Co.
Survivors include a son, James Walker of Advance, MO; two daughters, Norma Helbling of Mount Pleasant, IA; Edith Back of Reeds Spring, MO; two brothers, Estle Beuhler of Vanduser, MO; Bill Wallace of St. Louis, MO; three sisters, Mildred McIntyre of Advance, MO; Marie Hume of Bakersfield, CA; Betty Kilhaner of Shorewood, IL; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters and two brothers.
The funeral will be Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wayne Cagle officiating. Burial will be in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
