WILMINGTON -- Ms. Mattie Christine McCoy, 69, of Wilmington, formerly of Elizabethtown, died Friday in New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday [Sep. 19, 2001] in Newton Funeral Chapel in Elizabethtown by the Rev. Ida Stevens. Burial will be in Thankful Grove Baptist Church cemetery in Windsor, S.C.
Ms. McCoy is survived by four grandchildren all of South Carolina.
The public will be received today from 1 to 5 p.m. at F.W. Newton & Sons Mortuary in Elizabethtown.
