Funeral services for Mildred Ingram, age 88, of Chandler, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Frankston with Rev. Dwayne Pierce officiating.

Mildred passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in Tyler.

She was born August 31, 1926 in Elkhart to Lester and Verna Lee Foster Ingram.

Mrs. Ingram was a homemaker and a caregiver. She worked for the Winnsboro ISD. She "adopted" as many grandchildren as she could and was known to many as grandma. She had a green thumb and loved gardening and plants.

She was preceded in death by her son Bobby Birch, a daughter Eutonya Ingram Cortiz, by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Surviving family includes her sons, Troy Ingram and wife Debbie of Bullard, Jay Ingram, Chandler, Matthew Ingram and wife Shielia, Neches, Tracy Ingram and wife Karen, North Dakota, a daughter Davelyn Barton, Chandler. There are twenty three grandchildren, forty six great grandchildren, nineteen great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mildred's Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will begin on Friday, November 14, 2014 with family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the evening at Autry Funeral Home in Frankston.
