According to the Census, the Cavender's were living in Porter, Christian County Missouri during 1859 through 1860 it is most likely that both Amanda (which I believe died during childbirth with Martha) ended up in Porter Cemetery. Martha died a year after her mother and was most likely buried there. Porter cemetery was moved in 2010 to the Hopedale cemetery, but as these deaths occured in 1859 to 1860 it is most likely there are no headstones and the graves may have not been moved, or they are unmarked in the new cemetery. Of course this is just my thoughts on the matter.
John and Amanda had 6 Children William Willis, James Patrick, Joseph Calvin, Mary Catherine, Susan Ellen and Martha. All the kids except Martha grew up and had families of their own.
After Amanda died in 1859, John married Rebecca Hill and had two children, Alice Arah and George Thomas. Rebecca B Hill died in 1902 In Tennessee.
