Lucretia Mae (Lowry) Rush, 91, resident of Bartlesville, died at 5:40 A.M. Sunday, December 28, 2014 in Tulsa. Mrs. Rush was born on July 2, 1923 at Barnsdall, Oklahoma to Fred and Mary Iola (Trabert) Eiler.

She was raised and received her education at Labadie Heights School and later graduated from College High School. She was married to Ralph Raymond Lowry on August 17, 1945; they made their home at Bartlesville. She was employed for over 40 years by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in operator services as a service assistant; later retiring while working in the engineering department, where she had many lifelong friends. She had been a member of the Disciples Christian Church, and later a member of the First Assembly of God Church (currently Spirit Church).

Following the death of her husband Ralph, she was married to Elton Rush on November 30, 1991. In the short time she and Elton were married they shared their love of traveling. Love of family was the most important part of her life. She enjoyed baking, camping, and traveling.

Mrs. Rush is survived by her two sons, Ralph Lowry Jr. of Venice California, Fred Lowry and his companion Donna Silver of Bartlesville, and by her daughter DeAnn Ramsay and husband Bill of Tulsa, and by a daughter-in-law Darlene Lowry of Bartlesville. She is also survived by the Rush children; Penny and Phil Colbaugh and their children, Kay Rush and her son, and Butch and Sylvia Rush and their daughters; by 9 grandchildren Greg Lowry, John Lowry, Pat Lowry, Kris Ramsay, Graham Ramsay, Matt Ramsay, Brandy Stefanopoulos, Shelby Lay, and Gabriel Lowry, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Rush was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Raymond Lowry in August of 1989, by husband Elton Rush in of 1993, by a son Harold Martin Lowry in November of 2014, and by two sisters, Reda Leah Pierce and Freddie Marie Kahler.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Darryl Wootton, pastor of the Spirit Church officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville.
