The interment of Mrs. Candace Lucrecia Brisbin Cooper, aged 81 years, widow of William Cooper, who died in her home in Wilkinsburg, Pa., was made in the Clarion cemetery last Friday, July 18th,following her death on Wednesday, July 16, 1930. Her funeral services were held in her home Thursday evening and the body was brought to Clarion, of which she had long been a well known resident for quite a number of years, and on Friday were laid to rest in the Clarion cemetery alongisde relatives who had preceded her. Mrs. Cooper was born in Clarion county, the daughter of Enos and Susan Armstrong, but had lived in Wilkinsburg since 1911. She leaves one daughter, Miss Ida May Cooper, a teacher in the Pittsburgh public schools, and a son, Harry Clyde Cooper, both at home. Four sisters also survive, namely: Mrs. Jennie Howe, Wabash, Ind.; Mrs. Margaret Boggs, Clarion; Mrs. Ella Soper, Butler, and Miss Emma Brisbin, West Freedom, Clarion county. The three surviving brothers are: W. A. Brisbin, New Castle, J. M. Brisbin, West Freedom, and A. M. Brisbin, Seattle, Wash.
