COLORED SOLDIER’S BODY HERE.
Buster Crawford died in France Near Two Years Ago, Will Be Buried at Cheneyboro.
The remains of Buster Crawford, 22 years-old son of Henry Crawford, colored, who died while in the American U.S. Army in France on February 27, 1919, reached Hoboken, New Jersey on the 28th of last month and arrived here today under escort of a white soldier who saw that the body was delivered to his father.
The funeral will take place from the undertaking parlors of Stewart & Carlton on East Fifth avenue next Thursday at noon, and the body will be buried at Cheneyboro.
