Funeral services for Mrs. Wade (Elma Rae) Larison, 73, of Bedford, held in the Bedford Baptist Church July 5, were officiated by Rev. James Nelson. Mrs. Larison died July 3 at Bedford Manor Nursing Home. Interment was at Fairview Cemetery, Bedford, Ia.

Elma Rae Allen, daughter of Millard and Minnie Allen, was born at Mount Moriah, Missouri.

On July 5, 1930 she was united in marriage to Wade Theron Larison at Princeton, Missouri. They lived near Bedford for a number of years, then moved to Pontiac, Michigan, returning to Bedford in 1964.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wade, brothers Truman [George] and Gilbert Allen and sister, Mary Herbst.

Left to cherish her memory are sisters, Mrs. Doyle (Agnes) Thompson, Mrs. Glen (Lucille) Cooper; brother, Corwin Allen; 11 nieces; four nephews; several sisters and brothers-in-law, including Fern and Bus Williams and Thena Larison, Bedford; as well as many friends.
