Daughter of Mr and Mrs Willie Boston Kennedy of Pequonnock Apartments Housing Project, 600 Lafayette St. She and her sister and a companion were on the sandbar off the West Beach at Seaside Park when the tide moved in at 6:45 Monday. Age 11.
