Amy was born May 29, 1969, in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. Amy was a member of the Arcadia Baptist Church.
Amy is survived by her husband Jed Weeks; her father, John Zorn; her step-dad, Donald Collums; two daughters: Tessa Mutina and Alyssa Smith; one son, Kelton Smith; three sisters: Krystal Thomas, Paige Zorn, and Katie McCaslin; one brother: Patrick Zorn; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday, April 22, 2013, at James Crowder Funeral Home, La Marque. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at the funeral home, with Dr. Rick Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, Hitchcock, Texas
