Gary Scott Golden, 56, of Loves Park, passed away Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born August 4, 1958, in Rockford, the son of James and Wanda Jo (Ragan) Golden. Gary was proud to be an ironworker and a member of Local Union 498. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan, enjoyed fishing, gardening, music and playing his favorite guitar.
Survivors include his father, Jim (Karen) Golden; mother, Jo Golden; numerous uncles aunts, cousins, nephews, and niece.
Predeceased by his sister, Shane Rittweger.

Service at 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time.
