A former Parkside High School student, he left before graduating, earning his graduate equivalency diploma while living in Arkansas. He graduated from Marine Corps boot camp in June 2004, left for Iraq in January 2004, and had been scheduled to come home in August 2005. He was also close to being promoted to lance corporal.
He was survived by his mother; his father; and a brother.
Interment on May 3, 2005.
