Sally Ann Bailey 59, of Savannah, Missouri passed away Friday December 26, 2014 at her home. She was born June 17, 1955 in St. Joseph, Missouri daughter of Mary & Fred Penland Sr. She married David Bailey on June 17, 1972. She was a Homemaker, and a Baptist. Sally was preceded in death by her father, Fred Penland. She is survived by husband, David Bailey of the home, mother, Mary (Jim) Boose of Rosendale, MO, two daughters, Connie Bailey and Elisha (Jason) Benny of Savannah, MO, two sons, Jimmy (Melanie) Bailey of Maryville, MO, and Gabriel Bailey of St. Joseph, MO, eleven, grandchildren, three brothers, Bill Penland, Steve Penland, and Fred Penland, Jr., four sister, Nancy Cabrini, Bonnie Potts, Mary Brewer, and Rosie Strello. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm on Tuesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. She will be cremated under the care of the Rupp Funeral Home
