Chester Frederick Clark was a veterinarian surgeon and Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State College. He received his D. V. M. in 1929 from Michigan State and became an instructor at the college. He became the State Veterinarian of Michigan and then returned to the college to become head of the department of Surgery and Medicine. In 1951, after the untimely death of Dean Bryan, he became Dean of the School of Veterinary Medicine.
