Mary's daughter by her first husband Rev. Daniel M. Wadsworth was Ann "Nannie" M. Wadsworth (1862-1945) whose Memorial is #91708968.
Mary Sessions Kirk was married to Daniel M. Wadsworth on Nov 8, 1860 in Harrison County, Mississippi. She and Daniel had Ann "Nannie" Wadsworth on Jan 7, 1862. Daniel died sometime before 1864, as Mary Kirk Wadsworth married her second husband Seaborn John Alford in 1865, and Nannie is listed as Seaborn's 17-year-old "stepdaughter" on the 1880 Pike County, MS Census.
SOURCES: 1880 Pike County, MS Census for Seaborn John Alford and Mary S. Alford; (2) Nov 8, 1860 Marriage Certificate for Daniel and Mary (Kirk) Wadsworth in Harrison County, MS; (3) 1864 Amite County, MS marriage certificate for Seaborn J. Alford and widow Mary S. (Kirk) Wadsworth; (4) 1870 Summit, Pike County, MS Census for Seaborn Alford (misspelled as Sebrom), Mary S. (Kirk) Wadsworth Alford, and Ann "Nannie" Wadsworth.
NOTE: A summary of Daniel and Mary S. (Kirk) Wadsworth's marriage certificate (with typos) is on Ancestry.com. I submitted corrections to Ancestry for the typos (Mary Wadsworth with a "W" NOT Tadsworth with a "T," and marriage year 18"6"4 NOT 1854) along with evidence to support the corrections, but they have never corrected them. Seaborn and Mary S. (Kirk) Wadsworth Alford could not have gotten married in 18"5"4, because Seaborn was still married to his first wife Mary Catherine Felder according to the July 11, 1860 Pike County, MS census. She died 4 months later in Nov. 1860. Moreover, Nannie was not born until 1862 and is listed as Seaborn's "step-daughter" on the 1880 census; therefore, the "5" in 1854 must be a typo, and is supposed to be a "6" -- 1864. I have been unable to find death and burial information on Daniel M. Wadsworth thus far, but I am still looking.
