Mrs. H.F. Bousquet died at her home on West First street at 6:20 a.m. Friday, October 13, 1916, aged 69 years and 13 days after a long illness.

Deceased was a native of VanBuren county, this state. She was a consistant member of the Second Reformed church of Pella and for many years took an active interest in the missionary work connected therewith. She was a charter member of the Pella Reading Circle, a body that at one time exerted a great influence in the literary life of the city.

She was united in marriage to H. F. Bousquet of this place, May 16, 1867, and is survived by her husband and four children, two sons, Arthur and Ray, of Butte, Mont., and two daughters, Mrs. C.D. Wood of Alpine, Texas, and Miss Bess, a teacher in the Burlington high school.

Funeral services were held at the Second Reformed church at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Interment was at Oakwood cemetery.
